This includes career counselling sessions and awareness sessions on government schemes. We conduct sessions for the children and youth to make them more aware of the opportunities ahead.
FLAGSHIP PROJECTS

MENSTRUAL HYGIENE PROJECT
While the topic of Menstrual Hygiene has been a taboo in the Indian societies, DRISTI realizes that it is a critical issue and must be addressed. It is not just the steppingstone for women empowerment and equal participation, but also impacts the economic and social development of the villages we work with.
DRISTI SCHOLARSHIP PROJECT
DRISTI acknowledges the role of schools in the holistic development of the children. With the vision to help the well-deserved children from the underprivileged background to access standard schools, DRISTI has provided scholarships worth Rs. 42,000 to the students in the previous year. These scholarships have aided families in meeting expenses of schooling and hence providing better opportunities to their children.

FOOD PROCESSING TRAINING
Women empowerment is a critical element for the overall development of the society, enabling the 50% population to equally support the progress. While the women in the villages DRISTI works were interested in developing an employable skill, they lacked the resources and vision for it. With their support and collaboration, DRISTI aims to provide these women with the necessary training and support to form an independent and self-sustainable small-scale business. The food processing training is our first step towards the bigger picture.
DIKSHA CLASSES
Since its inception, DRISTI has recognized education as an essential pillar to support the dream of social and technological integration in the rural India. Over the past years, DRISTI has guided more than 250 children, helping them with their school academics, and enabling them to discover their true potential.
